Love You Just The Way You Are

Aelita’s pieces are made of 925 silver and recycled brass. As we value metal in its most natural form, the pieces will oxidize, each with its own story. Each body is different and the piece can oxidize more or less, varying from person to person. The stones we use are natural, and have a difference between them, having their own characteristic.

Calm down! | general care

Carefully take care of your pieces so they don’t fall to the floor or impact hard surfaces. If your structures are damaged, we cannot cover the warranty. Be careful with the stones as they can break on impact. Before swimming, showering, or exercising, let your Aelita rest. Also be careful with contact with perfume and beauty products.

Ch ch changes | Oxidation

Silver, copper and brass oxidize with the air and may change their color. This color change does not represent a change in the quality of your Aelita. It is a natural and superficial alteration, occurring to a greater or lesser extent depending on factors such as the environment, skin PH, and storage of the piece.

It worked? | How do I know that my order has been approved?

After you place the order, we will send you two emails. One confirming the order, and the other confirming the payment.
Attention! The order confirmation email does not mean that it will already be shipped. First, you need to confirm the payment.
If the payment is approved, it then proceeds to the next steps such as separation, packaging and delivery according to the estimated deadline.
If you receive an email saying: order cancelled, please verify that your payment details are correct, or contact your bank/card company to see if there is anything preventing your purchase. Anything contact us via hi@somethingaboutaelita.com

Too much to go? | Delivery Time

Our delivery time varies and is calculated according to the zip code indicated in the cart and the shipping option chosen. The period will start counting from the confirmation of payment.

How does it arrive? | about shipping

The pack arrives at your house traveling by DHL.
All orders are insured with DHL, and this value depends on the cost of the piece.

Fly, fly | How do I know if my Aelita is on her way?

As soon as your item is shipped you will receive the tracking code by email. With this code it will be possible to access DHL website and track the delivery.

What if I'm not home?

In accordance with DHL procedure, three attempts are made to deliver to the specified location.
It is necessary that there is someone on site to receive the part and sign the proof of delivery during business hours. It can be a relative, a crush, the doorman or third parties, as long as they sign the receipt confirming the receipt of the jewelry. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the jewelry will be returned to Aelita and can only be resent after confirming the address.

How do I pay, Aelita?

Our payment method is with credit card.

What if I get a discount?

If you have a discount code for the online store, just enter it in the indicated field, checking the period and conditions of the promotion.

It's a secret! | And my data?

The data entered in our system is properly protected under a security system where your card data is entered directly into the system of the Credit Card Administrator or bank institution that makes the release. If there is any problem and/or discrepancy in the information, the payment will not be approved and we will send you an email.

I changed my mind! How do I cancel my order?

Before invoiced order:
Send an email to us at hi@somethingaboutaelita.com within a maximum period of up to 24 hours after placing the order, requesting cancellation. After this period, we do not guarantee that the order will not be shipped.
After sending and receiving from Aelita:
Forward an email to hi@somethingaboutaelita.com requesting the cancellation. Cancellation can be done within 30 days after payment confirmation. You must return the products so that after receipt and analysis by our team, the purchase can be reversed.
